• Your cushioning level — the natural softness built into your barrier
• Your temperament — how reactive or quiet your skin naturally is
These are your steady tendencies — the parts of your skin that stay with you.
They don’t appear at full volume every day, but the pattern is always there.
Everything else is your skin responding to life.
Move through each day in order.
Take your time.
Answer from your calm, ordinary, “nothing unusual happening today” skin —
not during a flare, a reaction, or an unusually stressful week.
