About
I may be a small business, but everything I do has a single aim: to help people look after their skin — and the world they’re living in.
There are a few strands to my work, all sharing one simple philosophy: skin is an organ, not just a surface.
The Skin Well® — advocacy and education for better public understanding of skin health.
The Happy Skin Clinic® — my clinical practice, offering treatments and professional care.
The Skin Chat Method™ — independent skin consultancy to help you make sense of products, routines, and lifestyle choices.
Skin at Home™ — simple tools and resources, like flashcards and guides, to support everyday skin health.
Whether through education, consultancy, or small daily reminders, my goal is to make skincare clearer, calmer, and kinder — so people feel confident supporting the health of their largest organ.

Hi, I’m Jacqui — founder of The Happy Skin Clinic® and creator of The Skin Chat Method™.
I’m a skin consultant with a background in advanced skincare and corneotherapy. I help people understand their skin, simplify their routines, and focus on what truly supports the skin barrier — not just what’s trending.
Everything I do comes back to one belief: skin is an organ, not an ornament. My job is to help you look after it with a little science, a little common sense, and a lot of care.

At The Happy Skin Clinic®, everything begins with one principle: your skin is an organ, not just a surface. My work focuses on strengthening the skin barrier, using the principles of corneotherapy to support your skin’s natural resilience and recovery.
With a science-backed approach and products formulated to work with your skin — not against it — I create simple, effective routines designed for lasting skin health. My role isn’t to promise perfection, but to bring clarity and care so you feel confident in how your skin behaves day to day.
I also recognise that skin never exists in isolation. Some links between lifestyle, environment, and skin health are well-proven, while others are still emerging. I respect those nuances, helping you identify what may be influencing your skin and focusing on the factors we can change together.
It’s not about quick fixes. It’s about building skin that can cope — calm, strong, and supported for the long term.
