Welcome to Skin Balance Week

Last week, you discovered your Skin Blueprint — the steady tendencies you were born with.
This week is about everything that moves: the moments, environments, habits, and products that nudge your skin away from its comfortable centre — and the small shifts that help it settle again.

Balance is the part most people never learn.
And once you do, your skin becomes calmer, clearer, more predictable, and far easier to look after.

This isn’t about changing your routine or avoiding life.
It’s simply about noticing what loads your wiring, and how your skin responds when it’s carrying more than usual.

By the end of Balance Week, you’ll understand:

• what pushes each part of your Blueprint
• how “micro-moments” stack through the day
• why your skin feels different on different days
• and what helps it settle again

Balance = better skin.
And better understanding.
This is where everything starts to click.

The Four Days of Balance Week

These four days help you notice how each part of your Blueprint responds to load.
You’re not diagnosing or fixing anything — just observing how your skin shifts in everyday life, so you can understand it with more clarity and confidence.

Day 1: Balancing Phototype

DAY 2: Balancing Function

Day 3: Balancing Cushioning

Day 4: Balancing temperament

Day 5: Your Balance Sheet → Your balance sheet is here whenever you need it. It will make far more sense once you’ve explored Day 1 - 4, so complete it after you’ve finished the 4 balance days.
