What this appointment is
This is a one-to-one skin consultation focused on understanding how your skin behaves, rather than carrying out a treatment.
We take time to explore your skin’s natural tendencies, what may be loading it day to day, and why it feels the way it does at the moment. The session is conversational, calm, and tailored to you.
My consultations are informed by the skin chat method™ — a structured way of making sense of skin behaviour, load, and support.
What we focus on
During the consultation, we may explore:
how your skin usually behaves on a calm, ordinary day
what tends to tip it into discomfort or unpredictability
how products, environment, habits, or recent changes may be affecting it
what support helps your skin settle most easily
This isn’t about finding fault or fixing everything at once. It’s about creating clarity.

This is not a facial, peel, or hands-on treatment.
No procedures are carried out unless we decide together that it would be genuinely helpful.
If you’re looking for a purely relaxing facial, another appointment on the menu may suit you better.
