Before we start Balance Week, you’ll need your Skin Blueprint all in one place — everything from how fast you burn, to how your skin behaves, to your oil levels, temperament, and undertone.
I’ve made a one-page sheet you can download and fill in. It gathers all the questions from Blueprint Week into one clear map of your skin’s wiring — so when we begin balancing, you already know your starting point.
This sheet captures the part of your skin that doesn’t change: your blueprint. It sets aside the products you’ve used, the seasons, the stress, and the flare-ups, and shows you the core design you were born with — the way your skin tends to behave when everything else is quiet. Some call it genetics, some call it tendencies; I simply call it you.
So fill it in using the version of your skin you recognise as you — not in a flare, a reaction or a stressful week.
Once you know your Blueprint, Balance Week becomes much easier to follow. We look at how life, habits, environment, and skincare either support or unsettle your natural wiring — and how to work with what you’ve been given so your skin can function at its best.
Download your sheet below, fill it in at your own pace, and keep it nearby for next week. It becomes a reference point you can return to any time your skin feels off-centre. Because once you understand who your skin is, you’re far better equipped to support it.
