Phase One
A Quiet Case
The case has been made. The skin was laid out.
Phase One of The Skin Well™ project quietly introduced three core ideas:
• That skin should be included in national public health messaging
• That the Department of Health and Social Care should oversee training and standards for those working with skin
• That qualified skin therapists deserve regulatory recognition for the vital work they do
These early scenarios and open letters were designed not to shout, but to gently open a conversation—to invite reflection, and to offer something solid to return to as the conversation evolves.
From here, you can explore the foundations that Phase Two builds upon.
