Dermalux LED FACE Mask
Professional LED phototherapy technology, designed for use at home. A simple, 10-minute addition to your skincare routine, with no complicated steps or elaborate rituals.
What is LED light therapy?
LED light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support the skin's natural processes. Different wavelengths interact with the skin in different ways, which is why LED technology has several applications in professional skincare.
The Dermalux LED FACE Mask is designed specifically for facial skin rejuvenation, helping to improve the appearance of fine lines, firmness, skin tone and radiance through a simple, 10-minute treatment at home.
What makes the Dermalux LED FACE Mask different?
Professional expertise, thoughtfully designed for home.
Founded in 2012, Dermalux is a British manufacturer specialising in professional LED phototherapy, with technology trusted by skincare professionals around the world.
The Dermalux LED FACE Mask brings that experience into a device designed specifically for home use.
One of its distinctive features is Dermalux Off-the-Skin Technology™, which positions the LEDs away from the skin to help deliver light more evenly across the face.
The mask combines three carefully selected wavelengths — 633 nm, 830 nm and 1072 nm — to support facial skin rejuvenation, helping to improve the appearance of fine lines, firmness, skin tone and radiance.
And with all three wavelengths delivered in a single 10-minute session, there's no need to choose between different treatment programmes.
Ten minutes. Your skin. Your routine.
Good skincare doesn't have to be complicated.
The Dermalux LED FACE Mask is designed for a simple, 10-minute daily session at home, making it easier to build consistency into your skincare routine.
No complicated treatment programmes to navigate. Just a little time set aside for your skin, in a way that works for you.
Is the Dermalux LED FACE Mask right for you?
The Dermalux LED FACE Mask is designed for people looking to address visible signs of skin ageing, including fine lines, loss of firmness, uneven skin tone and dullness.
But even when a skincare device sounds appealing, it's important to understand whether it's suitable for you.
LED light therapy is generally well tolerated, but certain health conditions, medications and sensitivities can affect whether it's appropriate. That's why it's worth taking a moment to check the following guidance before deciding to purchase.
-
Dermalux recommends speaking to a healthcare professional before using the mask if you have:
An eye condition such as glaucoma, cataracts or age-related macular degeneration, or have recently undergone laser eye surgery.
Headaches or migraines triggered by light.
A photosensitivity disorder.
Sunburn in the area you intend to treat.
An existing inflammatory skin condition.
Some medicines, skincare products and other substances can also increase sensitivity to light. If you're unsure whether anything you use has this effect, seek medical advice before using the mask.
-
Dermalux advises against using the mask if you have:
Epilepsy or seizures triggered by light.
A metabolic disorder such as porphyria.
An autoimmune disorder such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
A photosensitivity disorder such as photosensitive eczema or albinism.
Active cancer.
A medication that causes photosensitivity where light exposure is contraindicated.
-
Dermalux recommends a skin sensitivity test before first use. This involves using the mask's illuminated LEDs on a small, clean, dry area of the arm, thigh or hand for one complete 10-minute session, then waiting 24 hours to check for any reaction.
If there is no reaction, you can proceed according to the manufacturer's instructions. If a reaction occurs, stop using the device and seek professional advice if needed.
A note about eye safety: The mask includes integrated eye guards, but it must be fitted correctly before switching it on. Do not look directly at the illuminated LEDs.
These precautions are taken from the Dermalux LED FACE Mask User Guide, Precautions and Contraindications, pages 8–9 (August 2026). Please follow the complete manufacturer's instructions when using the device.
